By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. All payments are processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment.

Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display product specifications and images accurately. Minor variations in finish, dimensions, or color may occur due to manufacturing tolerances and display settings.

Use & Liability

The TruckStep™ is designed for vehicle cab access. Improper installation, modification, or use outside its intended purpose may result in injury or damage. The user assumes all risk once the product is installed.

Limitation Of Liability.

TruckStep™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within that jurisdiction.
