To exercise any of your rights, email us at info@truckstep.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 45 days, as required by California law.

Verification. To protect your privacy, we verify your identity before disclosing or deleting personal information. We may ask you to confirm information we already have about you (such as your email or order number). For delete requests, we may require additional verification matching the information on file.

Authorized Agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission from you to act on your behalf, and we may still require that you verify your own identity directly with us.
